The book was "Under the Banner of Heaven" by Jon Krakauer, a non-fiction book about Mormonism. Completely fascinating, which is a lot more than I can say about Britney's interview.
Well, I'm glad I didn't catch it, then. :)

our club read under the banner awhile back... i was fascinated for about 200 hundred pages, and then i kind of gave up...
what's your next selection?
Keep in mind that I was not there to vote on this one. The new choice is The Devil Wears Prada. They wanted to keep it light after the last one. I did read this book and have to say that I tolerated it, and that's about it.
i enjoyed "devil" in spite of myself. i will be seeing the movie. :)
